Indian Kanoon Procedure - News to P.M. Mr.Modiji - rented person details must be addressed in a near Police Station of that Area where the residence is situated by any land/property owner.

In India  tenant rules were simplified . and only 3 months advance is enough. this enactment  for Tenants and Land lords are good. But the Rule enactment to say that rented person details must be addressed in a near Police Station of that Area where the residence is situated by any land/property  owner. this is my view. This will avoid New entries with out Government records. and abuse of Rental House can be avoided. thanks.
