This is the latest information letting you know, Electronic Mode.  A candidate preferring electronic mode of examination for insurance agent is required to submit original enrollment form duly completed by the candidate and countersigned by the authorized official  of the sponsoring insurer. Enrollment form along with examination fees and 2 photographs of the candidate to be submitted at any of the selected offices of the "On-Line" Training Institute.The examination fee must be remitted by way of demand draft favoring any one of the  " On-Line" Examination Institute Payable at the city where the candidate is seeking examination.
