2G spectrum case detail

Hi  this is about 2G spectrum case detail.

Yes! In the recent statement once again Gone back in his statement.

Few days back he said that 2G spectrum Deal was confirmed in the presence of Mr.Manmohansingh singh and with the approval of Mr.Chidambaram the then Finance Minister.

Now he say It was not said that to Bring both Mr.Chidambaram and Mr.Manmohansingh in the case. Also headded his intention was not that. so It is clear Both are not involved in this 2G spectrum case and Mr.Rasa wants to shed mud on others to prolong the case.

It may not be possible, because his Personal Assistant yesterday clearly told to C B I  that He has not been called for any assistance i the 2G spectrum allotment deal matter. And He said he is not at all connected to this corruption on any manner.

In such condition if P.A. to Minister Rasa proved as innocent than it is a wrong decision to put a Honest person in Prison.

If that is a wrong imprisonment than what will be the position of supreme court?
