Contempt case: Pak PM's plea dismissed.Contempt charges will now be framed against Yousuf Raza Gilani on Feb 13.
This is a good Political and judicial game by Pakistan Prime Minister Mr.Jilani and the Supremecourt. Both decided to bring in Mr. President Asif Ali zardari. By making this casewide open will pave way for unconditional surrender of Present pakistan President. This is going to take place,
Pakistan is also a Democracy in the world. By this case pakistan wants to put forward a ideology in to the frame of this world to get in touch with this case law or case history for Punishing Prime Ministers of Countries where Democracy is on rule.
So may be a problem for India also.
