Though it is late but it will be the Latest.
My view is Let General Motors ,may please arrange to bring this Electric Vehicles to the Market by 3 years prior to the schedule is my wish.Than only a possibility of a Major share in Market sale.
This will be a Revolution in Car/Auto Industry.
Already Electric Car from Nissan on Road .
so The above said matter is to be treated as Most Urgent in Production. Now Volvo Cars on road in India.Volvo also have plan to bring electric Cars to compete with Volkswagan - Germany.
also to plan for Electricity Charging Stations prior to this is also a Must in Planning.

Generating Electricity Via Solar Plates fixed from the Top of the vehicles has to be planned.
