Is their any use of any Drugs by IPL players may be tested and or certified?

Mr.Sachin Tendulkar  at 40! . he played for many Cricket Games and achieved many Records and created many Top Records for others to challenge.It does not mean Sachin  can be allowed to continue?

Now he could not perform  may be due to age.

Sports authorities in Union Government of India, Responsible Politicians 
 of India and BCCI   to look in to his retirement. Now Mr.Sachin has Lighted the spirit in to many players in India from all states and they must be given chances.

Just allowing Sachin for further period than it is an injustice to Cricket Sports of India. Today we find many Players in Indian Team were playing and performing More than Mr.Sachin. They must be allowed to challenge Sachin Records.

Sachin may be asked to retire immediately. 

in IPL 20 Players were smashing the Ball in cricket and finding New Heights in records.

why the players were not playing similar to IPL games while they play in National Team?
why because They were Paid in Huge Amount!.
All right than why the same players were allowed to play in National Team also?

Players like Dhoni not at all performing while playing for National Team? for example Team lead by Dhoni got defeated in all 5 matches in London in 2012. why? Does it mean they were got paid Huge Money for not playing or not to perform?
