By validating the Food Bill by supporting to pass the Food security Bill  in Parliament by BJP and communist party  than it is aggressively explicit that these parties were not interested in diversified Powers. 

Powers of state will get reduce automatically and regional parties will not have any hold in people is also a truth?.

By Food security Bill passed State Government 's will loose their importance is a Crystal clear truth. This is bill is also a tool on which we could see that Union Government of India will have increased its Power where as State Government Power will be reduced sizable on the Other Hand is also a truth.
