Babri demolition case - instrumental was not living with us in India on date, so Supreme court of India may feel to Dismiss this case

Babri demolition case: Blow to Advani, but BJP stands to gain from SC order.

Recently Chief Justice Mr.Kher rendered a justice said that this Babri Masjid  and Lord Ramar Temple construction has to draw its own Judgement from both Parties of this case through Dialogues and which could be a permanent solution. This is a great Judgement from Supreme court of India.nic.in. 

So it is a common understanding that when a Judgement released and issued in supreme court of India than it automatically binds all cases connected to that, why because it may be a waste of precious time of a Judge and a court. 

In the above thinking we may expect that Babri demolition case might be dismissed.  why because C B I filed this case ,off course it is a more responsible constitutional office working for the real welfare of the Nation in all means. While filing the case C B I would had Late Mr.P.V.Narasimha Rao Ex Prime Minister of that time when this incident happened . even people in India know well that though Late Mr.P.V.Narasimha Rao was the prime Minister of that time from Congress party but he is the Instrumental for this happenings ,as a supreme Power he must have stopped this incident from happening, but not did so.  So Person who was instrumental was not living with us in India on date, so Supreme court of India may feel to  Dismiss this case with a saying that this case also may be referred with earlier Justice offered /issued /verdict issued connected to the same case. If agreed than Mr.L.K.Advani and others may get released from this painful incident in India of that time and this type of incidents not to happen at any point of time in future must be in the Mind set of Indians is my Feel.
