. Major set back to G M is expected at Indian Market.This is my prediction.

Hi this is about GM   as the world's largest auto maker after first six month sales.

Earth quake disturbed japan manufacturers.Car Market will Go Down in the following 6 Months

Volkswagen AG  in the second position and  Toyota in the Third Position. 

Chevrolet Cruze was the top-selling car in the market in June.

But in this year at sales  close Volkswagen will be in the  Number one position in Top of the Table in this world.

America is now in Problem in financial area so it will struck the G M market because of less  Production.

in India G M sales will be in the sixth position at the year end.

Hi this is about the technology .Technology Old in Latest is always an attract to this world.

Please listen .sea has not changed,

Trees,herbals,plants were not changed.

In nature air, water, soil,fire has not changed. 

In nature teh space has not changed. But Man has changed changed and changing the users and usages,and all production technologies.

This is called development. 

Food and and need for that and the anatomy can not be changed ,because it is a tiny module already built in a cell. So no possibility of changes.

For example in old age doors in car will have the fitments and opening in the center post.

Than the door was changed with front end panel rest and center post link.

But Now B M W introduced continently the door fitments in the from side panel links and real panel links. center post avoided and huge space is available to access. 

Now these changes will be followed by all auto manufacturers in India and in rest of teh world. A knowledge to world by German Technicians and Professionals.

The Latest news is from The country addressing Quality as its Prime motto is Germany. In its kind now BMW Germany introduced The i3 city car and the i8 supercar are the first electric cars from the German firm and they could be in production as early as 2013.

So the time has come to enjoy the automobiles  and auto's with electric as fuel energy. Thanks to Technology and it has added Value to Money.

why i say so? In a Toyota Company at chennai the sales was at the top of its records in sales in comparison with any other brand car seller show rooms. But It does not mean it because of the sales administration.This wrong calculation made by some hIgher office in Nissan. Yes! Thinking the Boss as a best achiever ,given an appointment in Nissan to have such reord sales in Nissan also. But it was not happened.Why? Because Toyota had the highest support from all country in acceptance and it helped to have big Brand Power in image andMarket. The Brand image across the world and the support from Internet publishers about Toyota were helped the Toyota cars and Vans sale at High.People at that time in sales administration co operated with the demand so The result was very Good.


  Nissan from Japan a Branded company produces cars and autos in many variants could not achieve such high results lke Toota.why/ because of the Foot work in the Landing Market as well as in Internet Market. but Nisan is doing well. 
Nissan a car company manufactured and floated in to market a car completely running out of Electricity is also a sucessful car. But this message has not been brought to the notice of people from scrap to president.
So Human resource department must be careful on deploying persons on the right job in selection.
