Hi this is about Problems to present Government at tamil Nadu by J.Jayalalithaa because of the Ex Government urgency shown on Printing the Books for Common Education programme before finalizing all areas connected their in with that subject.


First the Government must have provided fund seperately allocated in the Treasury of the Tamil nadu Government for payment for the Books printed.


No funds available in tamil nadu government to release such huge amount about 2.14 crores.  


Also it has to be confirmed whether all teh printed books from Government Printing Press belongs to Tamil Nadu and Press Belongs to Central Government , in operation.


If most of the quantity printed and published by Private Printing Press than it will be objected by People of Tamilnadu and India. Because , Is the rates charged for printing all Books is par with Government Press rate has to scutinized and need to arrived Truthfullness in this matter befor Payment. 

Or Just like that payment released than the present Government will have a idea to print the Books in the same way for the next years to come and they can not be questioned on this . They may also try to gain Huge Money by this printing has to be analyzed by People of Tamil Nadu - India.

This is a problem. But their is one more serious matter in concern in the knowledge of People of India as well as in the knowledge of Tamil nadu Government which has been Published already in this blog. To Know that problem is real complication connected to finance in both Union Government and teh state Government.

what is That? 

Above all implicating the Common Education Programme , The Minister of education or the Government is not going to come to school for teaching the same lessons in the books to children. It is impossible, and all portions in the books has to be teach by all teachers in all schools.
