Employment rate of Japanese college graduates rise.
The employment rate for those who graduated from colleges in Japan in March rose for the second straight year to 93.9 percent as of April 1, up 0.3 percentage points from a year earlier, according to government data released Friday.
But the rate is still 3 points below its peak in 2008, and around 24,000 graduates are believed to be jobless, reported Xinhua.
The employment rate for female graduates came to 94.7 percent, up 2.1 percentage points, surpassing that of male graduates, which stood at 93.2 percent, down 1.3 percentage points.

The big increase could mean companies are cutting more jobs, possibly because of steep government spending cuts that kicked in March 1. Labor officials said there were no special circumstances that caused the spike.

For Example if you go to a College at Kodambakkam in Chennai to obtain a seat from Management quota they collect Capitation Fee from 3 Lakh to 4 Lakh. Government not raiding on these colleges? why?It is a Surprise!. This the same is the On going in all colleges ,this include a college owned by a Congress Politician is also true.
In employment Exchange most of the documents collected from Applicants/students were on scattered situation is in practice over a decade ,For Example - which you can witness in a Employment exchange at santhome . Bribe is on action at Employment exchange also is a strong rumor in people Talk!.Government of India Does not consider about any thing regarding employment to Freshers/B.E. /Arts and Science Graduates?.
On the whole ,College students after their B.E Degree they do registration in Employment Exchange, but Employment exchange is working on registered applicants of 2001 to 2003 to provide employment assistance ,so a decade or 10 years Students ,it is about 40 Million from the result of a year X(multiplied) 10 years = 40 Billion Applicants were in Pending per State in India is an alarming data .
and it is clearly shows the inefficiency of the Present UPA Government by Mr.Man Mohan Singh in India on rule for the Last 9 Years Continuously is looking pathetic .Hence President Of India may please order for a General Election is becoming a must, it seems.
On this Situation Mr.Obama and Mr.Man Mohan singh likely to meet at US.
