What is the Prime duty of BJP to be attended on date?

Parliament adjourned sine die amid Opposition ruckus.

Both houses of parliament were adjourned sine die Wednesday, two days ahead of schedule.
Finance Bill was passed with out the presence of Opposition Parties in the parliament and the Necessary Discussions. This is also a violation to Democracy and may be looks like Despotism. 
Speakers of Both Houses Belongs to Congress Party/Ruling Party so Probably they may be Loyal to Rulers than Oppositions.

Speakers from the ruling Party in the administration has to be changed. Here we Indians can have a plan to place a Judge from Supreme Court which mean ,it is an extension of a respect to Legislation./Legislative.why Not?
This Change becomes a must in need at Parliament affairs why because ,Preamble of Our Indian Constitution it self says that "For the People By the People and To the People."These words were not remembered as soon a person took oath of office as M.P. is the reality.

in India Most of the Time President of India is also elected by Ruling Party in Domination . so their by He/She may also to act to support the Ruling Party becomes Natural? Some times it looks like Justice Denied to Common Man is the feeling raising in the People talk which we could hear across the Nation.

Now BJP has to analyze how long or for how many Days Parliament of India can be allowed be Non Functioning with out dissolving it by an Order from President of India ? Or what is the period mentioned to have Non Functioning Parliament of India as per Constitution of India and or after what period  a Non Functioning Parliament of India can be ordered to Dissolve by an order from President of India?

BJP must have a concern on this issue and must take a Practical advice from Law Makers / Judiciary.

Now , more than a overnight Parliament Not functioned against the Session dismissal orders from Speaker's of Both Houses.

Administrative expenses per day to run Parliament   is quite expensive,and it is People Money. In Democracy People Money must not be wasted.
BJP and Congress and all Political Parties must be responsible in take quick  action on this matter.
