hello my dear viewer's here is a message letting you know Paypal payment. Most of the blogger's recieve their payment through paypal only. Advertising companies like smorty and other excusively ask you to get paid through paypal.

Paypal is a safest and easier way to get your money transfered to your bank account in your country.

But their is a trouble at paypal in payment. In this matter paypal is showing any positive steps. Paypal will release an amount of 500 dollors maximum in a transaction as fund transfer in a month.But after a transaction paypal declares in the fund sending area at your paypal account that fund limit is Zero. You will be paid by the advertiser's promptly at you paypal account given to them. but getting the same payment Transfer from paypal is a difficult one. They do not accept International debit card issued by all Nationalised banks in your Nation is a set back in their operation. paypal accepts Debit card issued at U.S. only.They accpet credit card of you. But it is not safe in using credit card in any company transaction with concern to the present situation in the business field. Their no safety measure introduced in credit crad usage till date on the earth. Today the  present situation is your e mail ,yourblog details,and the details about you, your transactions at paypal or at any financial companies are all viewed by many people in internet. Nothing is secret today. Companies may say your details will be kept secret. But Master's in internet use do all possible. many people use your internet code (isp).

So paypal while joining their hands with advertiser's they must ensure your payments recieved at paypal account can get paid to your bank account. In releasing your amount to your bank account they show some distrbances. Even in India paypal have its office. but it accepts debitcards of banks issued at U.S. what is this? what is the value to the banks debit cards issued with internnational usage rights in nations wher Paypal have its office. Here The Government and the Banks must frame few rules to value our debit crads issued by our nationalised banks. If the government and reserve Bank is not showing any interest in this matter than The banks and the reserve Bank have no value in business in the International market in particular at U.S.May please take this matter to the Knowledge of Mr. barack Obama,President of America.

commitments to agreements. When adults agree to keep their agreements with each other, it leads to more openly accountable company culture. It leads to higher levels of self-responsibility and self-respect.

The biggest beneficial impact of managing agreements is on communication.

A commitment to managing agreements is basically a commitment to being two professional adults working together, as opposed to

“I am your dad, I am your father, I am your mother, I’am your parent and I will reparent you. You are a child, and you are bad and you have done wrong, and I am upset with you, and I am disappointed in you."

This kind of approach is not management, it is not leadership. It is not even professional. That kind approach, which we would say eight out of ten managers do, is just a knee-jerk, intuitively parent-child approach to mange human beings. 

The problem with parent- child management is that the person being managed does not feel respected in that exchange.

And the most important, the most powerful, precondition to good performance is trust and respect.

The true leader wants an absolute promise, and absolute performance. Always asking,” How can I assist you? How can I serve you and help you with this?"

An adult-to-adult agreement is made out of mutual respect, out of professional, grown-up conversation.

A true leader does not run aroundtrying to manage people's amotions and personalities all day.

A leader is compassionate and always seeks to understand the feeling of others. But a leader does not try to manage those feelings.All communiocations is done with respect. Ther is no giving in to the  temptation to be intimidating,bossy,or all-knowing.

A leader creates agreements with team members and enters in to those agreements on an adult-to-adult basis.

Once agreements are made on an adult-to-adult basis ,people donot have to be manged anymore. what gets managed is the agreement. Both side enjoy more open and trusting communication.There is also more accountability running both ways. It is now easier to discuss uncomfortable subjects.

Manage Agreements,not people

This is the latest information letting you know Manage Agreements,not people.well,you tell me,do you actually manage your people? Do you manage your spouse? can you do it? I do not think so."Because we all stay and learn how great leaders get great results from their people.But they do it without managing people, because basically you can 't manage people."

If they do not manage people ,what do they do?

"They manage agreements." Managers make a  mistake when they try to manage their people.They end up trying to sjovel mercury with  a pitchfork,managing people's emotions and personalities.

Then they try to "take care" of their most upset people not in the name of better communication and understanding, but in the name of  containing dissent and being liked.

This leads to poor time management and a lot of ineffective amateur psychotherapy. It also encourages employees to take a more immature position in their communication with management, almost an attempt to be re-parented by a supervisor rather than having an adult - to- adult relationship
