Medical Council Of India approved this Building to convert it as an Hospital at par with AIMS Delhi.

But it was stopped by a case filed by a person supreme court.

Now today Supreme court Postponed the hearing Date.

People in Tamil Nadu requesting Supreme Court to release a Judgment Order from the Hearing Judge of that Bench ,may say/declare that the said Building can be called for Open Bid to sell at a very High Price and that Money has to be credited in to the Account of Tamil Nadu Government Treasury ,so that Tamil Nadu Government can use the Fund for water Resources development Program's , xan adjust a value of amount to Tamil Nadu Electricity Board to make the Government to reduce the Hiked charges on date for consumption of Electricity to help people and not to suffer in Paying Electricity Bills. This is a Must.

The design of charging rates designed in different stages. In that up to 500 units a Rate and above 500 Units a rate can be modified by Government may say instead of charging High Tariff on total consumption of units above 500 ,a tariff up to 500 and on the increased units after 500 the increased or the next level fare , like that changes can be brought in by the Graceful act of this Government.

Supreme Court may announce a Order by which the New Secretariat building can be sold on Bid to I.T.Industries and Automobile Industries. this secretariat building can be converted as a Tidel Park why because in surroundings of this Building the existed Business now going to reach Zero level. almost all business shelters were get closed.

Also in addition to this sanctioned Metro Railway Project is going on . Supreme court may view this from the plan. The plan design confirms the Rail Operation around the Secretariat Building,which is against security measure. If terrorists aim to Damage the secretariat through Bombs is Possible. Security can not be provided by Police Department. Keeping all disturbances and afterwards blaming Police department is always a curse we find in our society. to avoid this secretariat Building has to be sold on Bid .
