My Humble request to Chief Minister :-
My mother M.N.Jayalakshmi is also a Pensioner received pension from this Pension Pay Office at DPI Complex. But G.O.'s offer benefits were not automatically added to Family Pensioner records. always their is a demand with application form to apply. This is not at all a need. When a G.O.is issued to deliver benefits than that G.O. must specify clearly all the beneficiaries and than the benefits directly to get credited to the Family Pensioners account with suitable recommendations from the Government . G.O. is a self explanatory gives meaning as Government Order. But it is not paid respect fully is a feel prevails in people.
when application to demand benefits starts than automatically a rush,a fear and on account of it a possibility of bribe
Now My mother died suddenly due to heart failure on 23rd January 2014 at the age of 80.I have submitted Death Certificate and with legal heir certificate to avail the last benefits payable.
Actually my Mother has to get benefits of G.O.579 and G.O.235 . But my mother minimum pension is also not re-fixed as per G.O. In this regard My Mother applied to Mr.Guna Sekaran B.com - Pension Pay Officer Chennai -600006. With his signature forwarded to P1 section to arrange to do the needful.
But Till Date My Mother did not received the benefits to be received.Chief Minister or Government chief secretary and others can not intervene in all these issues at all times to sort it out. at the same time Government may please issue a subsequent order to update the benefits payable to old age Family Pensioners automatically. why because Pensioners were receiving benefits. But Family Pensioners that is Husband died while in Service and Family Pension to wife are not benefited from G.O.properly at all times. Few people availed due to bribe is also a painful rumor available in that office. Now on date almost all staffs were removed through transfer's (except Pension Pay officer ) this includes Finance officer' who involved and acted dedicated maximum time to Sun TV Drama's than his official duties to be delivered to people is also News available in that Pension Pay office. Now he is also Transfered to whom my mother submitted prescribed application to avail benefits to my mother.
Now My Mother was died on 23rd January 2014. Once again as a last settlement to my family from payables to my mother as per G.O.235 and G.O.579 and other payable benefits I submitted my applications to Pension Pay Officer Chennai 600 006.
Now I humbly Request Honorable Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Selvi J.Jayalalithaa may please arrange to send her suitable recommendations/advise to settle the Pension payments and benefits to my Mother Pension Account 21034 - FA. - P1 section.
Hope I Could get generous and Magnanimous support from my State Chief Minister .I will be ever grateful to My Honorable Chief Minister Selvi J.Jayalalithaa.
