what is the vested interest of pakistan in Bomb blasts at Mumbai?

Hi this is the following information available  about the Bomb Blasts.

what is the vested interest of pakistan in Bomb blasts at Mumbai?

In This Maximum Number of Bomb Blasts happened in the regime of B JP  , the tenth Prime Minister of India thrice- including brief first term in 1996 and two terms from 1998 to 2004. After a brief stint as Prime Minister in 1996, Vajpayee headed a coalition government from 19 March 1998 until 19 May 2004. B J P Party involvement may not be in these Bomb blasts, but These Number of Bomb blasts clearly indicates that B J P Rule or Governmet is not a secured one to Indians in particular at Maharsahtra.

Mr I.K. Gujral is the Prime minister in 1995  Than  in2006 and  2011 Mr.Manmohan singh is the Prime Minister from Congress party Rule in India.

We have to Note that Bomb Blasts in maximum numbers hits Mumbai in B J P Rule headed by  Mr.Vajpayee
And the Bomb blasts takes place in Maharashtra . This is a state were B J P is very strong with sivsena party  is known to all people.

So their is a investigation is required whether any Indian or Political Party in India or any movement is doing all these atrocities ,for the sake of not to allow India and Pakistan Relation in good shape.
  or

The bomb blast has to be analyzed in such a matter that is, is their any continuity and nearness between bomb blasts and High office people Visits from Unites state  to India.

This may be to create unwanted fear in the mind of Visitors and to spoil India -U S relations. This point is also to be analyzed by C B I with the instruction from Mr.Manmohan singh Ofice. is their any involvement from rss is also to be diagnised.

This time Mr.manmohan singh has to order for a clear investigation on al angles.
