In Tamil Nadu Born ,lot of illitrates available in want of any job. In such a case why Shops ( tea shops,Jewelry shops, Hotels, Talapakattu Non Veg hotels in chennai drawing the attention People from north India as workers ) engage workers belongs to North Indian states in particular from Nepal - a neghbour country.
They are given accomodation and salary benefits. Same can be offered to people born in Tamil Nadu who may be interested to do these jobs.
Government has to find solution for this matter. I do not like to say that these people may involve in wrong affairs in the state is a possibility but Employment opportunities are blocked to Tamil people is the feeling. thats all. engageTamil peoplein Tamil Nadu Shops.For example , even relatives are not employed in Hindu companies.
