I do not think Judiciary and Laws will not allow A.I.A.D.M.K. to continue in Power . More Over Political Parties in India will also demand to dissolve the A.I.A.D.M.K. Government in Tamil Nadu..
Present Chief Minister Can not continue her office .and also nomination of any other person in A.I.A.D.M.K. to take care of Chief Minister office is also not possible. Both M.G.R. and selvi J.Jayalalithaa were not announced or declared any one in A.I.A.D.M.K. as in second line or Nominated as second leader in the Party to continue is also true.
Both leaders developed the party, and people in Tamil Nadu totally hesitated and not allowed D.M.K. to rule them and also their is no other Political party or political leader is available on date to rule Tamil Nadu as alternative is also the fact.

To Mr.lalu Prasad and politician's in 2G scam ,Politicians in Coal Gate scam are all going to be punished by Supreme court.
Tamil Nadu will come Under Governor Rule by President Rule on a order from President Of India.
People in Tamil Nadu now must under stand to Think and select Good Politician's who will work for the People and Nation and not to allow people in Politics of India who is interested in Corruption's.
For All these mistakes we People of Tamil Nadu are responsible is also true. at least now it is a need to select and elect good people for Governance. Clean Governance is a must.
President of India will announce President Rule in Tamil Nadu still Election Commission takes its own time to arrange and announce the Next Election , this arrangement will will take place to avoid any type of public un rest in the state defusing Peace and Harmony.
