Once you would have submitted your blog ,at that time your blog do not had the page Rank , and if you to try to submit the same blogs as new one because of Page Rank , this is not possible, becaue the useles system server will reply you that these blogs are already exists in our system. Than what is the way to update your blog. It is fishy. because I think whether these companies are on business or not. Because

Now I like to predict Money and Power and army can not do any thing against the Human Power who wish to have Democracy and wants to have their people Leader at Rule. But My appeal is why not the Present rulers not trying a change in administration.
