Many cases in old history and new cases are coming in due to few problems between people to get justice from Judiciary. people of india and Indian culture dictates judiciary is the Base to Good administration. we have high Respect on Judciary and its way in which it is handled.
Mahatma gandhiji has clearly told that A right person should be wrongly decided as guilty/culprit/criminal on any Judgements. so Law takes its own time . But cinsidering cases , when they get finish with a judegement it should not be a judgement affecting a person/human for another said period as punishment. For example if a case is handled by courts that includes supreme court for more than 10 years. In such a case a person found Criminal may be asked to under go for the remaining period only in the declared Punishment years. because after this ten years revealing ,suppose the judgement say the punishment period is about 15 years than he/she must be imprisoned only for the reamining five years. This is the lead time or mistake happened due to many reasons in handling a case (including the mistakes of Police department delay in providing evidances) Penalty must borne by the departments. this type of Law or Bylaw is a must in a country Like India.
Or Government and Judiciary has to fix a period in connection to the case detail , but not exceeding five years may be right , in dealing the case their in to give Jstice.Dream With Me
