Mr.Manmohan singh Government is missing to collect this revenue.why?

hi friends and viewers here is a message about street Parking. Parking comes under the control of Road transposrt. It is a central gOvernemnt organization. 


so I requested the Transport Ministry of India has to arrange a department with the concern of prime Minister . 


On registration of a car A letter from the owner of a vehicle is recieved , which declares the space ahere the vehicle will be Parked. this letter is Mandatory. But R T O has to inspect th espace informed forparking by the Buyer. But many matters like auspicious time and date for registration and Volume of vehicles sold and registered on every day will not allow R T O to inspect the truthness in the letters. 


So I requested the Union Governemnt Transport Ministry has to form a sub Rule , stating that any vehicle parked outside the premises of a house of a vehicle owner ,must be penalzed. 


Yes No adjusments. Only Penalty for parking Two wheelers on road/street/lane to pay 50 Paise per day it means 15 Rupees per Month . this will be in advance to recieve from the Vehicle owners. 
One Rupee for cars parked 2 Rupees for Tempo or Load carry Vehicles parked  per month has to be finalised . This has to be done through Union Governemnt by passing a bill. Because a minister can be positioned .


Union Governemnt can offer employment for many 10 th passed /failed persons on Trainee and probation  for Three complete Years. after this They must be allowed become Central Government employees. they can be called or designated as revenue collecting staff.

this will fetch a very good name to Union Government in the matter of employment provision to many . and Revenue bringing avenue to Governemnt through Transport Department. 


this duty/Job  must not be allowed to under take by few people on Leese for many years because they are workers of political parties. Than this will be like Tolgate revenues collected on Highways. In Tolgate we know huge revenue comes in but not benefits to Union Government but benefits the Political party based Contractors, This make teh contractors to become Crorepathy .


Government may realize their Role importancy and may I request the Government to come forward to organize this work in tact with parliament acceptance through a bill passed will do a great result to this nation.
