Russia dismantled because the lapse in Unity in the country,US may be a super power but when it could not avoid the Twin tower attack and could not save people from the Drastic collapse. Few Brutal claimed many lives in this attack and it lead to financial crisis. so Nations in the world has to care their people and their Living .arms and others are must be secondary. 

How the Brutal attacked the Twin Tower? Because of Misuse of Technology and its developments is a lesson from this incident to the people on the earth.
