My View is ,Their is no Possibility of Ministry Shuffling and /or any other act to continue in Parliament.Mr.Man Mohan singh approach to dilute the issues differed with Sonia on this issues and it was on the way to save UPA2 but The way and means Sonia applied in her approach on these issues will obtain a Very Big set Back to Her Political Party is an assured Result is my view.
Opposition Parties may not allow the parliament No more to run ,since it is Proved that the UPA2 Government has to take the responsibilities for the Corruption and or Bribe.and that would be the right meaning to Democracy and its values in India.
Judiciary has witnessed and President Of India has witnessed the Bad administration of the Present Government.
In Delhi Social activist's will start their Protests for the Present Parlaiment to Dissolve and the protest will spread across the country on a Rapid way is my view!.
So Indira Congress lead by Sonia Government in the Name of UPA2 may likely come to an end scoring a Bad Name to its Credentials.
Prime Minster is the Leader to all Minister's. so taking the accountability of Corruption's/Bribe ,as a Leader PM may resign or opposition parties in politics may Force to Dissolve the Parliament.
