Than I joined with A B T where I was tortured by a Dy General manager Parts andKrishnamoorthy - manager to make me go out. I got appointed by Mr.Ravichandran P.A. to The Chairman Mr. Pollachi Mahalingam. But on one day Mr.Gowrishankar ,due to the pressure of Mr.Bala -D G M asked me to find another Job and treat that message as a Notice for resignation. But Unfortunately I was asked to work at chennai Outlet for few days. In that Lase days in ABT Maruthi Just Behind sales show room one Painiting and Tinkering section was functioning. In that a sudden Fire accident broke out because of a careless ness. I Noticed the firing and immdiately Pushed all vehicles out with the help of workers with fear on their face. My Courage gave a tempo to few and they helped me in pushing out all vehicles and workmen. Also attempted vigorously to arrest the firing by all methods.

Here I like to mention one thing ,Because of my Presence of mind and actions management believed that incidentally I saved the Mruthi vehicles from that room was worth about 30 lakhs. even recovery from insurance is posssible but Customers will not bear that and will not admit that. so the Management,Workers, Mr.Gowri shankar - general manager and P.A.to chairman were very happy about my performance.

I worked like a strom. Few helped me in my action but with fear. With the message Mr Gowri Shanker General manager and others  that includes P A Mr. Ravichandran assembled at teh spot and wished me on my right action. at this time fire wngine with water has come but fire brought under control at that time.

Immediately after this action of mine Zero become Hero. Yes! till that time I was in short List and to go out. And I am a zero as per Management but this incident made me Hero. Management Mr. Gowri shankar asked me to  stay back in the office not to resign.

Now I am with a feeling that if I get an opportunity tahn I will work again for this organization. Because I had a very good name with all 19  Maruthi athourised service stations and owners.

But unfortunate to me I tried  for the other chance with ACT India where Got appointed immediately after looking at my resume. General Manger Rajappan who said No need of Interview or any thing you go and join with the Branch at G P Road.

But something went wrong here so again I have called and asked to join at TTK Road office where H M Ambassador vehicles sale and spare Parts was in action.

So I left the organization on 13th August 1996.

Than I worked with VST Motors taking care of TATA spare parts sales at annasalai.

Here You can know the value of friendship.Since I am with Clean hand and My Friend Mr.Krishna Kumar Know all these and more than this He love my performance and Knowledge,so he took me in his jeep to TATA company Because he resigned from Ashok Leyland and joined with TATA (Indica  division) Telco which was in Operation in the next premises at Nandanam to Ashok Leyland.Than this office shifted to seventh floor in Kasi arcade Teynampet ,chennai. He took m to his office he printed a resume at his office computer and leaving behind all his Job of the day he took me to Mr.K.V.Ramana Rao C.E.O V.S.T.Motors . Just Lookng at me Mr.ramana Rao Told when You are Recommended by Krishna Kumar ,no need for any Interview ,and called the Personal Manager and asked him to release the appointment Order. all these Miracles Happened in few Minutes. C.E.O was giving an information that his compant Accounts Manager is taking place on that day so it is auspicious ,so please take your appointment order today itself. Their by I got appointed in V S T Motors Limited. I had a best experience with my Boss Mr.GopalaKrishnan and D G M Surendra and my collegues. up to helpers loved me and my action on the Job. but Unfortunately a person called Partha sarathy who had worked in Gulf countries also joined woth me afer gfew months of my appointment. But he learned many from me on spare parts administration and identifications. Some how He spoiled my carrier by inducing me to resign to take an opportunity in Gulf country. At resignation I had a small friction with my immediate boss Gopalakrishnan, this is due to few colegues who use to Drink with him on all Holidays .This Misunderstanding forced me to go for resignation. he was supporting Mr.Ashok Kumar who was a sales person ,with his request and supported by Kesavan -Ast Manager at works at Poonamalle at that time ,who wanted to occupy my place in the Head office Polluted the mind of Mr.Gopala Krishnan in drinking. so I resigned but C E O asked me not to go out of teh company and please wait for some time every thing will turn in your favour. But I neglected hsi good words andmissed his good office. But sorry to inform you that Ashok Kumar who wanted to spoil my carrier died in a Road accident jut few yards from the company in a signal . He was dashed by a Lorry so he dead. I Lost my Job but ashok kumar lost his life is a great pain to me .what to do ? God decides all.

 This is the office I found very correct in all its Terms ,so I Love the C.E.O Mr. K V Ramana Rao , he ws from Indian  Military. His administration found to be very good . I Love surendra who is my reporting Boss - Dy General manager. The team I worked with is very competitive. I enjoyed my work and left the company on 1999. again I look for a chance to work at that organization is due my Love on the best administration.

This company in a short period gave opportunity to go for Asst manager spare Parts Training programme held at dighi for three Days.

At Tata Dighi I ahd a Luck to meet Dy.General Manager pathe. Luckily on the last Day  Meeting PA to ratan Tata  was also Present. Ihad a prepared Notes telling reasons on ,why Bought out spares in O.E.Cartoon at Not sold in dealer points and create s Money Block?

This is the best experience I arrived from my Job at T VS company at Pune Satara Road. Yes! No One can sell Maruthi Parts even it is from O.E.Manufactirer like T V S ,CEEKAY DAIKIN and others.

so I appealed to sai service - Pune to sell my blocked inventory on Maruthi parts  with an approval from my management also committed that I will not do offtake of Maruthi parts to my Branch is a decision to my management sent.

Here I sold huge volumes of SunAbex Break linings and Wheels from wheels India and Fastners from Sundaram Fastners. Till date no one crossed that Bench mark sales on these items is a proud to me. 

Another proud matter which I  Shouted at a meeting saying that .Madras auto service,TVS Iyyengar and sons are already stationed in the business at Pune over a period of seven years. when I started my sales I could reach 32 lakhs on cash and carry But operations over seven years were selling the same on 90days /60 days credit being the sales rules remaining the same for the concerns.

I told my observation to all who I met in Breaks India ,Sun Abex,Wheels India, Axles India, and in all Factories of T VS , that All Must Carry a LOGO TVS  In a Big size on the materials as Brand and all concerns as distributors(MAS,IMPAL,SUNDARAM MOTORS ,TVS and sons) must tell their Sales people and management that they are from T V S and this is the sister concern do te  business to benefit you , as to customers. I have not been rewarded for this Suggession but Got Implemented immediately at sun abex and in all other companies of T V S. may be the message may be rooted by some one and he would have taken my credit.O.K. 

so Now at Telco meeting I told Bought out spares are 40% more in price than distributor price This includes spares from T V S. and it is a need to revert the price to keep 4 % or 5 %  lesser than Distributor price List. Than You will not Find any O.E.Parts in the BIns of your dealer as dead stock. This idea of mine was well accepted by the office of Ratan tata. and On my arrival at chennai I found many New Price bulletins Carrying revised prices coming in for bought out spares.

Here I also told O.E.Manufacturer can fic a higher or very higher price on their floor made parts because Genuine and made out in their Floor shop of a factory.Their by High profit can be made available to both Dealers as well as to manufacturer.

I recieved a complimentory letter of appreciation sent by Tata is with the company file in which I worked. But I sent the same suggession of mine to Mr. R.Seshasayee Executive director  Ashok Leyland by Post, and he reciprocated his for suggessions andadded that the management is on that track . This letter I recieved at my compat address V S T Motors Limited.chennai I have this asset at my file. But This is not getting any response for a placement including Ashok Leyland why My fate work liek this? No answer from my mind.

I was on street once again with out employment for some time.

Hi this is about My friends . My friends were very genuine and very right at the top of the Business in which I was engaged in a company belongs to T V S at Pune satara Road. They are the example to my Business with  dealers in India. These friends are on the other side Dealers of my Company in which I was engaged. The speciality of my friends and Pune Automobile assosiation was , they use to pay in advance or upfront when I submit my Invoice. They do not like credit policy . They like to do business only againt Profit of the day. 

I worked with Opera House .Yes! this is the Biggest and largest Automobile Spareparts Dealers/sellers oriented. Offcourse many other business like Diamond market is also situated here.

when I worked my companies Navimumbai Branch ,operated to canvas business I got a very high reputation and representation and High feel one Gentle man , that is Mr.Bharat Bhai of automotive axles lImited. After looking at my fast approach and dedicated business with my distributors like Breaks India which has stationed a new operation to distribute Breaks India parts in second sales I had very Good name. Even the Present Director in a TVS company at Mount Road was operating that office in that Time. It was opposit to ASIAD Games Ground courts. Believ this , I use to start to business by catching a Bus at 4AM. I found lot of children were also getting started to schools at that time in Pune. Lovely children.

A memorable incident is Assosiate Auto parts is a leading Spare parts Whole sale Distributor who called me to their office and enquired about my sales. and The owner of that company asked me how you are doing More than 30 lakhs business only on cash on carry and we are here over two decades wwhich we could notdo? This is the best compliment in my working period I believe.

Central Motors is another Big Distributor who called me to his office and appreciated on my performance and offered me an immediate appointment  offer with a slary of 20,000 Rupees Plus accomodation in 1996. But My TVS Company Paid me Only 7400 Rupees only inclusive of city compensatory allowance. The problem is the executive diector Mr. K.R.raghavan was willing to pay accomodation from the company by a lease agreement with a house  owner. But Management denied because they said than it will be difficult to provid the same facility to all Branches. Also reffering the City Compensatory allowance My TVS Company did not paid my Bonus amount for that financial year.

I had Three daughters . so I am not in a position to shift my family to Mumbai with that salary,because education expense is high which I can not meet out. Hence I resigned the Job.

After wards in a situation  Mr.shanmugam General Manager Ashok Leyland took me along with him to meet The present Executive director along with a letter stating to consider me for a placement from Mr.Dinesh - Tvs and sons Madurai sent to Mr.shanmugam via e mail.  But we are not allowed on that day to meet the Present executive director Mr.sharath Vijaya Raghavan and P.A. told us that he is busy in the arangement for a Tour along with the staff's to south east asian countries and asked us to come on a later date with an appointment fixed. But she collected the letters from us and told those will be brought to the Notice of the Executive dirctor.

These are all my Bad Luck happened even my friends and well wihers wantedto help me. 

Than on a open advertisement for Manager - Honda vehicles sale I applied and got selected ,but for a second round of Interview with a Gentle man Mr.Elangovan was arranged . I attented Mr.elangovan and told him about my self. He was asking me a question why you claim to say that you are an asset of T V S,though You are paid for your work. But I briefed him about my claim. that is about my informations to Director on mistakes happens and how it can be rectified . Example an incident : happen to care poonamalle Office spare parts for workshop ,handled Lonely and doing more than 20 Lakhs Business with a good reputaion from General Manager Works and from all other staffs is also my asset.

In that operation one customer bought Hino Engine fitted Bus ,that is srinivasa bus service at Andhrs in between villages operated. Due to engine problems vehicle being taken to work shop of  automotive trades at Andhra state  - a Delaer of Ashok  leyland. But it was told that automotive traders directed to chennai for a speedy service at TVS at poonamallee. So on Toe vehicle brought to TVS company workshop and it was taken in to service departmnt thinking that the values of parts and service for this vehicle will be very high so it will have a major portion in covering the Target of that month. But when I recieved the intend I understood all these intensions of foreman and workers and works manager Mr. Rangarajan and Mr. Mukundan. But I simply replied that Parts to service Hino vehicles are not available at Leyland Stores at Ennore and in other areas of India. so it is better not to take the service of that vehicle. But once again the  service engineer reception seerar srinivasa and Rama badran were rushed to me  and told that vehicle owner is a dangerous person and we have committed ,so please arrange the parts some how. I replied that I can take up the order with Ashok Leyland personally at stores at Ennore. And I searched the parts but I could find only two connect rod Bushes. other things are out of stock. And Ashok Leyland stores people said that they  will arrange by an oreder with Hino on V O R. But even after 7 days No message about spares delivery. so I rushed to Ashok Leyland and met my Person who is a sales co ordinator Mr.Krishna Kumar ,but he asked me to arrange from any other sources since it is not possible to get those parts from Hino will take a long time it seems,he added.

Than i refered the other sources,but The price indicated was very very High.It is about Ten Times of teh original Price. Than I faxed the message to Executive director and to my immediate Boss is Madam. she told me ,see it is not a mistake from spares and it is falt at work shop so do not bother and wait untill parts resume from Ashok Leyland. This is because , in My service I found This is a curse that Always Parts Chief naver compromise with Works manager ,Their is a ego clash exists  always till date is a curse. No management took any right action to settle this is a painful message from me. why I tell this because Mr.Krishna Kumar who is an Excutive from Ashok leyland meet parts Higher officers in a dealer and executive for works who meet works people at a service center. So this game is also in the middle. But Krishna Kumar is a god co ordnating executive with me and with the service engineer. so he had troubles. what to do?" he rush t me and asked me to arrange spares for that hino engine fitted vehicle . So I faxed my request for permission fo go for the purchase of those spares from Local Market from Executive director.  with in this action the customer arrived at Branch Maager Mr. ravichandran cabin and scolded him and also he entered with his persons at spare parts and damaged few. Than only Management realised that this vehicle owner is a Political based Terror.(naxal) . Now Branch Manager called me and asked about the position and I briefed about the level and it is pending for the Approval from E.D. Mr.KR.Raghavan. Than Mr.ravichandran got that permission with his suppotive and informative talk with E.D. than I arranged the parts which was lifted from Singapore Market. Spare arrived at airport on a Thursday and I arranged all necesary for supplying the same for doing the service . The service finished by doing the job on Day and Night by the sincere work man force of TVS. Than on Monday the vehicle was delivered. That vehicle owner floated the Money and took excuse for his bad action and paid money for damages also along with service bill. Than he had arranged a service contract for that vehicle to be srviced at his point in Nellore -Andhra Pradesh state. for this including conveyance  and accomodation he paid for the servic engineers at all times. This is the one data I reffered to Mr.Elangovan,but he is not convinced,so I told him that because fo my Knowledge I used to pick even Long Members for service vehicle laid in our work shop. for this I use to pick the length between the front and rear shacle center point and arrive at ennore stores and pick even the long member does not pertaining to the Model.Jst By changing front cross member we can use the Long member and service a vehicle . Also once a person took advantage of a error in Ashok Leyland Price list. That is a Top Gear shaft which price was got printed in error as 251 instead of 2516. So a person at Ashokleyland and few from my company arranged to invoice all quantity (qty is more than 2500) These people wanted to make money by this transaction. so I took it to the Knowledge of Mr.Das Gupta General manager Parts confidentially. Hence he intervened in that matter and stopped the further sale invoice from Leyland.But sold quantities to my company were sold to a person in the Market in North India. By this I got a strong confidence atMr. Das Gupta and he asked me to resign when i found it is terrible to continue at Mumbai in my TVS employment. At that time he was in Gulf Oil  Sales Division. But when I resigned and contacted Ashok Leyland  for interview at rajai salai ,the successful interview was stopped by telling a reason  that employee from a dealer point can not be observed  in a short time from resignation so I was asked call back the office  after few months. Unfortunately in that period Mr.Das Gupta who recommended for a post in Ashok Leyland Got dead on Heart attack at Mumbai. 

But when i recieved this information from ashokleyland office in operation at Nandam , Luckily I met Mr.KrishnaKumar of shok Leyland on the Road in front of the same ashok Leyland Office Buiding.All my experiences did not attracted Mr.Elangovan and stopped my Placement though I was recommended by person by Mr.M.V.Ravichandran because the Interview was held at his cabin only.

In this company The money flows from all these four Concerns of TVS. But All these registered under shopping and establishment Act so salary and benefits are very Low. But on the other Hand using these out lets as Manufacturers at padi companies belongs to T VS were registered under factories act 1948. so They enjoy Huge Benefits and Huge salary. see the fate of people because Government Mistake and mistake in Law.

Yes! I used to watch State assembly proceedngs ,on ever day the Ministers and M.L.A.'a who were sitting in the assembly where making huge sound by blasting at the Table Top ,believing that they are showing their support on every action to Chief Minister. They think this is a credibility. Off course they be benefitted by this act personally. But people do not liek this ,instead of besting at the table They all can be asked by the chief Minister to clap on every important action/Movement  of the assembly . This is not an advise but an idea with request.

Hi this is about september 11. I believe that this a Black day in a year. Yesterday in US People prayed on the 10 th Year of the twin Tower attack. Tese Trade Center was smashed by brutal incident.

similarly yesterday in At Paramakudi in Darmapuri District an untoward incident took place and in which few died on the spot and few met with injuries. In this about 74 inured from Police Force who tried to save people. 

I think in the following ways: 1. This may be an attack by few with an infiltration with the police force in action. The infiltrated may be belongs to The three who has to be hanged at Vellore.

Unless the Bullets from the dead proved to be from Police Gun /Riffle than only it can be an unexpected from police. Political Leaders were demanding that Ministers in state assembly has to pressure Union Government to allow the three to be released , who were with Hanging Judgement by supreme court at Vellore jail.

2. Karnataka Political leaders are in Trouble ,so it may be the involvment of Few backed by politicians of Karnataka. Why I tell this because Chief Minister J.Jayalalithaa has been telling about her security reqirement to proceed to the court to cooperate with the Court Proceedings. she might have recieved few alerts from intelligence,so that she say like this. Now we need to think, is their any connection with the incident?

3. Central Ministers post poning their meeting because district collector is not present for the meeting,so we need to this direction also. Is their any thing fishy?

september 11 as become a bad to many people at Kenya yesterday. from a bursted fuel line people wanted to collect petrol but due to fire accident many people were got in to fire accident and dead.

Hi this is about New chief Minister Taking office Today at Uthrakand. Nishank out, Khanduri is new CM of Uttarakhand.Maj Gen (retd) BC Khanduri will return as Uttarakhand chief minister, replacing Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, to lead the BJP in assembly polls next year.

He was the Cabinet Minister in Vajpayee Ministry. since he is the suitable person to tackle the next upcomin election for state assembly.
