HI this is about Supreme court Order Failed ?! How?

supreme court failed in considering on point on issuing the order on sama cheer Kalvi Books Distribution. Yes!

why supreme court failed to notice an issue  before issuing this order? How ? this is an expectation by Teachers working in schools in whole India.

Till date teachers were paid salary in different slabs. They were not paid uniform salary. for example even a flower   sellers and vegetable sellers  in the market were selling at unique price.

And the teachers who create the Generations are not paid same salary in all these days. 

But Now it can not be so . 

Teachers in schools in all India in all states say and demand that while they are ordered to teach the same books as syllabus they must be paid a universal salary.

a salary to C B S C School teacher,a salary to Government middle school teacher,a salary to Government high school teachers, a salary to Government aided Management schools and other salary in other type of state board schools are all not acceptable Now. 

The teacher's are also buy the same food items and vegetables at the same market were others buy.so price ruling them will be teh same against their purchases.

Now Teachers in Tamil nadu looking for go on for a Token  Strike on a day and then if government and supreme court is not issuing suitable orders to pay a same salary in all schools to all Teachers ( As on Qualification Grade salary slab may vary - permitted) Than Teachers in India like to go  on indefinite for an indefinite period.They are also interested to consult people like Anna Hazare in this matter.

so Press and Media may please say this problem  by highlighting the Disturbance in education ,loss to children and Loss to Parents Money. Many in press and media will also a part in parents in this society. To make the Supreme court to issue a subsequent order in caring Teachers,parents and children of this society.

Please,may  take a responsibility  on this matter.
