Already I predicted the Possibility of a danger or ill health after his Two years completition of his Office.

Now in the Last few days I found some one sending mesage to him about assasination. This I read in teh Internet. Internet is a powerful tool. This is the Development in Technology. But with out using this Latest Technology of this world Bin Laden had communications and the informations about the type of communications he had was read by people from the Media as soon he was killed near a place to Army Head quarters at pakistan.

Pakistan denied about this publicly in the media . Pakistan said their is no knowledge about Bin Laden at this Village was informed by the Government.

After this developments like ,Hilloery Clinton said that pakistan may get stopped all asistance from U.S. if the government is not firm to take actions against Terrorists.
So This Declares Pakistan is the Place where Terrorists are engaged and allowed to do attrocities across the World caused many Innocent Life Loss.
Now Pakistan got feared with the information from Hillory clinton and informed in return hat Government is not showing any interest in Terrorist . Government will be very strong in vanishing Terrorists.
Next step is Pakistan had started dialogues with India and it has invited foriegn secretary of India  to the country  and had discussions. Ministers of Both countries are not showing any interest on this matter.

so This action of pakistan may be a Drama to make believe U.S.Forces and U.S. Government by Barrack Obama. The immediate turn to Negotiations are tempting people to think like this.People Doubt the action of pakistan. The Government of pakistan is under pressure of countries like Iran ,Libya and Others. Even Libya may get U.S.made arms from Pakistan to help General Gadafi.

Possiblity of Back door actions against Barrack Obama  may be respected and treated  and reacted accordingly and Must not be careless ,because This concern to My U.S. people .
My Country is getting Huge help from U.S. , which cannot be denied. so we are always the Well wisher of U.S.Government. A sign of  Truthfullness from Indians.

Not to make the country a war field. If he is really interested in Libyan people He must allow them to live.he has to go out.

In particular the special importance and a special attention personally by a Present ruler of a country in the world. can you recolect his name.yes,you are correct. He is Mr. Garden Brown - The prime Minister of U.K. This is also a  Prime matter given attention  among other prime matters by Mr. Prime Minister as a special care on people and for a speedy recovery from the financial crisis of that time. Now the country has successfully overcoming the crisis. best efforts of Mr. Garden brown has to be appreciated by the people of this world. we need to follow the same for safety in our National economy.

In all country ,Government's/rulers imposing actions for  installing wind energy solutions to save electrical energy. This is a best alternate also.

The other way to save electrical energy is installing solar plates for solar energy.

Government in all nations were  very  keen in installing solar energy in many government operations.  I feel it is very much necessary in arranging street lights in Highway and in all streets. Street lights are consuming huge current which can be reduced by applying this method. This is a one time affair expense to the governments.  

Also to note This solar energy street lights will flood lights in the highway and streets  which in turn defenitely reduce the road accidents to a minimum level. This is a benefit which is in need to  meet the growing automobile population.

Many Hotels already installed solar energy plates and consuming current for their daily use.

by using solar energy and wind energy we can avoid pollution,at present these will help in reducing pollution. So this is a must to Human society and safety to Nature .

Government alone cannot do all these wonders. we must support the governments to a possible extent in saving energy. Big Industries can use energy from solar energy plates or from wind energy. we people must think we are  the Government and for administration set up we are having people as ministers and offices to administer and execute many things easily with legislative acts where ever needed.

Manage Agreements,not people

This is the latest information letting you know Manage Agreements,not people.well,you tell me,do you actually manage your people? Do you manage your spouse? can you do it? I do not think so."Because we all stay and learn how great leaders get great results from their people.But they do it without managing people, because basically you can 't manage people."

If they do not manage people ,what do they do?

"They manage agreements." Managers make a  mistake when they try to manage their people.They end up trying to sjovel mercury with  a pitchfork,managing people's emotions and personalities.

Then they try to "take care" of their most upset people not in the name of better communication and understanding, but in the name of  containing dissent and being liked.

This leads to poor time management and a lot of ineffective amateur psychotherapy. It also encourages employees to take a more immature position in their communication with management, almost an attempt to be re-parented by a supervisor rather than having an adult - to- adult relationship.
