Both Mrs Hillary Clinton and Selvi J. Jsyalalithaa are very active and couregious and Bold in facing the situations.

The present Visit By Mrs. Hillary to meet J.Jayalalithaa is to appreciate the quick service rendered by her Goverment at the tome of t sunami on war footing. This had a High impact in the observation of Mrs. Hillary. This is also record to History. Catching the Heart is very difficult but J.Jayalalithaa has done a wonder in this also.

Tommorrow The visit of Hillary clinton will be a Land Mark in the HIstory of Tamil nadu. This is a proud matter to India and to the governance of j.jayalalithaa.

Tonight Mrs.Hillary clinton is flying to chennai as per her schedule.

New Ministry on 11th July 2011

hi this is about New Ministers or shuffling the existing Ministry By Prime Minister with the Knowledge and advice  of Mrs Sonia Gandhi - U P leader.

In this my prediction is No New Ministers will be Given to D M K party.  On recommendation and favour by D M K ,Congress person From tamil nadu may sworn in as a Minister.

Because Getting in and finding some fault on D M K Ministers and making them to resign and imprisonment is the style which would have created frustration in the Mind of Mr.Karunanidji. so he will not seek Ministry for any one. Dream With Me

But shuffling of Mr. Chidambaram ,Mr.Pranab Mukerjee   will take Place. the election defeat at west Bengal and Tamil naduwill be shown as reason . Keeping in Mind the upcoming Election at Uttar Pradesh New Faces in Ministry will be the M.P.'s from Uttar Pradesh. This will be urged by Mr.Rahul gandhi to the President - Indian National Congress.
Also to Note Mr. chidambaram will be given a new ministry and the Home Ministry will be given to Sivraj Patil and Mr.Baradwaj may be offered Textile Ministry.
Possibility of Ministry to Mr. T.R.Balu is not their and Mr.T.R.Balu will also not show any interest in getting Ministry .
 No Possibility  of Mr.Lalu Prasad Yadv in the New Ministry. Congress will not Do That Mistake. Only Now Congress and all Political Parties are free and do not find any type of Troubles from Mr.Lalu Prasad Yadav.so Political partieswill try to stick on to that , which will not allow Mr.Lalu Prasad Yadav in to the Ministry.Mrs sonia Gandhi  will also not show Green signal to the favour of Mr.Lalu prasad Yadav.   Mistress' House
This shuffling will work positively for Indian National Congress in getting Full Majority in Uttar Pradesh  state assembly.

commitments to agreements. When adults agree to keep their agreements with each other, it leads to more openly accountable company culture. It leads to higher levels of self-responsibility and self-respect.

The biggest beneficial impact of managing agreements is on communication.

A commitment to managing agreements is basically a commitment to being two professional adults working together, as opposed to

“I am your dad, I am your father, I am your mother, I’am your parent and I will reparent you. You are a child, and you are bad and you have done wrong, and I am upset with you, and I am disappointed in you."

This kind of approach is not management, it is not leadership. It is not even professional. That kind approach, which we would say eight out of ten managers do, is just a knee-jerk, intuitively parent-child approach to mange human beings. 

The problem with parent- child management is that the person being managed does not feel respected in that exchange.

And the most important, the most powerful, precondition to good performance is trust and respect.

The true leader wants an absolute promise, and absolute performance. Always asking,” How can I assist you? How can I serve you and help you with this?"

An adult-to-adult agreement is made out of mutual respect, out of professional, grown-up conversation.

Manage Agreements,not people

This is the latest information letting you know Manage Agreements,not people.well,you tell me,do you actually manage your people? Do you manage your spouse? can you do it? I do not think so."Because we all stay and learn how great leaders get great results from their people.But they do it without managing people, because basically you can 't manage people."

If they do not manage people ,what do they do?

"They manage agreements." Managers make a  mistake when they try to manage their people.They end up trying to sjovel mercury with  a pitchfork,managing people's emotions and personalities.

Then they try to "take care" of their most upset people not in the name of better communication and understanding, but in the name of  containing dissent and being liked.

This leads to poor time management and a lot of ineffective amateur psychotherapy. It also encourages employees to take a more immature position in their communication with management, almost an attempt to be re-parented by a supervisor rather than having an adult - to- adult relationship
