Regarding life that depends upon fire,means the food must be cooked. Moreover clothing and housing are part of it.So life depends up on money. This livelihood in Indian language Rotti, Kpada and makhan.(food,cloth and shelter)Those who come under this privilege would come under poverty line and are deserved to be denominated as privileged classes,so the subsidies must be only allotted for their rehabilitation but what is the reason of availing subsidies by 60% of upper classes. Now a days the government itself denominate the working community the deserved destitute. How could a hard working community come under poverty line? This absolute discrimination is unemancipated disregard to the manual labour . Due to this complex of ignoring and neglecting treatment it would bring the manual labour community in India as free Indian slaves.
