The US Congress has failed to agree a budget and a partial federal government shut down has begun. What does the shutdown say about the American political system?

This is the first partial shut down in 17 years and over 700,000 federal employees face unpaid leave with no guarantee of back pay once the........

Global observers find the self-inflicted U.S. shutdown baffling and fear its effects on global economic recovery.

 

My view on this promulgation by Mr.Obama: 

 

Mr.President , May please relax this order exclusively to Care Animals Life  in Zoo. In United states Government would maintain Zoo where we people organize to keep animals in an artificial and generated environment and provide food to them. The animals are watched by children and enjoyed is the result in Practice. Off course , your Order from White House may keep closed all Government Offices for 6 Months but please allow the Workers at Zoo to work and exhibition and operation may be closed, why because to provide food to Animal's in a Zoo. 

I strongly recommend your office to consider Animals Life in Zoo by providing them food in the coming 6 moths will be a good action from your Good Office. After 6 months also it has to be continued  but before that United States will revamp and get back to Normalcy is my wish .
